A family of six or more, a multi-generational trip, or a celebration that runs seven nights or longer flips the answer — a chef who cooks to your schedule, a villa manager handling logistics end to end, and a private pool with no shared resort infrastructure change the economics and the experience at once.
The estate loses on service polish and food-and-beverage variety; a private estate without a vetted management company is a liability, not a luxury.
