Every partner surface has a visible relationship label before the traveler acts.
Send the truth a traveler would need.
A useful property file gives VIAIVE enough evidence to decide whether the place merits review or monitoring. Submission does not guarantee coverage or recommendation.
Hero image is illustrative and AI-generated by VIAIVE, not property or live-condition evidence.
Openings, rates, image rights, benefits, and status claims need current source context.
Direct booking links remain visible and carry the required paid-partner disclosure.
A clear file is easier to place, watch, or decline.
Property review begins with evidence, not adjectives. The strongest files include status, fit, image rights, operational reality, booking or inquiry details, and a direct contact who can resolve traveler-impacting issues.

What can be reviewed
Hotel, villa, cruise, experience, destination, residence, or private-access product.
No guaranteed placement
VIAIVE may decline, ask for clarification, monitor the property, or independently decide to cover it. Submission does not guarantee coverage or recommendation.
Evidence over adjectives
Official status, source links, image rights, room truth, traveler fit, and commercial terms.
From submitted evidence to a clear decision.
VIAIVE checks the file on its own evidence. Any commercial relationship is disclosed and remains separate from editorial judgment.
Evidence received
VIAIVE confirms receipt and checks that the official facts, source links, image rights, and contact details are complete.
Facts reviewed
We check traveler relevance, current operating facts, image accuracy, and any claims that could affect a stay.
Decision returned
We may decline, request clarification, monitor the property, or independently decide to cover it. Submission never guarantees a recommendation.
Partners can supply evidence. VIAIVE keeps the read.
A commercial relationship is compatible with trust only when its label, evidence, corrections, and image provenance remain visible to the reader.
Full policyLabel at the moment of attention
Paid units carry a visible sponsored or paid partner label next to the module, not hidden in a footer.
Evidence is welcome, verdicts are not sold
A partner can supply evidence, imagery, rates, benefits, and status notes. VIAIVE decides the traveler-facing read.
Claims stay source-aware
Opening dates, room readiness, availability, benefits, and image rights need a current source or a clear review state.
Image truth is part of trust
AI or illustrative imagery can enrich a partner surface, but it is labeled as illustrative and never treated as verified property evidence.
What VIAIVE reviews.
Official fact sheet
The property or product's official name, location, opening or renovation status, official site or booking domain, and ownership or management group. Without an official fact sheet, VIAIVE cannot complete its review.
Room-category inventory
A full list of room, suite, villa, or cabin categories with what separates entry tiers from the categories worth paying up for — square footage, view, floor, and access differences count; marketing adjectives do not.
Images
Current, rights-cleared images with usage terms stated in writing. Renderings, pre-opening concept art, or stock imagery must be labeled as such — VIAIVE will not present unlabeled renderings as verified property evidence.
Opening status
Soft-open, phased, or full operation, with the source of that status (operator, owner, or government confirmation — not a press release summary). Properties in a first-90-days ramp-up should say so directly.
Press contacts
A named, reachable contact for press and traveler-impacting issues — not a general inbox that goes unanswered. This contact is used if VIAIVE needs to verify a claim or resolve a traveler complaint tied to the property.
Advisor rates
Any preferred rates, commission structure, or advisor-booking terms, submitted separately from editorial claims so commercial terms never blend into the traveler-facing read.
What will not be accepted
Submissions without an official fact sheet or verifiable opening status, unlabeled AI or rendered imagery presented as real photography, unverifiable benefit or award claims, and any request that a paid relationship include or improve an editorial verdict.
Review timeline and conflict handling
Initial review typically completes within 10 business days of a complete file; incomplete files are returned with what is missing rather than held indefinitely. If a submission conflicts with an existing VIAIVE read (for example, a claimed reopening date that contradicts a published signal), the conflict is resolved by re-checking primary sources — the property's submission is evidence, not the deciding vote. Submission does not guarantee coverage or recommendation.
2026-07-05
Property evidence is reviewed for official status, image rights, operational contact, traveler fit, commercial terms, and whether the supplied facts are strong enough for further editorial review.
What to include before review.
A partner file should be useful enough for a traveler decision, not merely attractive enough for a campaign. Send the current truth first.
