Native vegetation covers 97% of the grounds, including 8 hectares of cultivated rice fields and 12 hectares of organic gardens supplying the kitchens. Interiors use natural woods, stone, and local antiquities, and the property runs a zero-motor-vehicle policy — movement between villas, restaurants, and the beach happens on foot, bicycle, or buggy.
