Overview
Ombak functions as the main dining hub for breakfast. Nio Beach Club serves lunch in open-air pavilions next to the pool. Kaboku is the only fully indoor, climate-controlled dining room, evening only. Boathouse Bar is the central social/drinks venue. The Riding & Racquet Club has opened on the shores of Nihiwatu, combining an international tennis court and padel court with an oceanfront terrace. Draws on the existing horse program: wild horses from the "Sandalwood herd" range along 2.5km of Nihiwatu Beach; programming includes beach/trail riding, riding lessons, pony program, "Horse Yoga," and a "Swimming With Horses" experience. Nihioka Spa anchors wellness, including a "Spa Safari" program. Other experiences: ocean (surfing, snorkeling, paddleboarding), land (trekking, mountain biking, waterfalls), cultural (weaving, English classes with local students), culinary (cooking classes, floating breakfast). Sumba Foundation is the resort's philanthropic program.
