Amanpuri splits its kitchen into five separate venues instead of one central restaurant. Nama serves Japanese food built around washoku technique. Arva is Italian, seasonal/locally sourced. Buabok is the main restaurant and Thai kitchen — curries, tom yam, fresh Andaman fish. Nura is Mediterranean, open for lunch only, beach dining, sand underfoot. The Sunset Terrace is the bar, elevated over the bay. Each venue's location does as much differentiating as its menu — Nama atop the signature staircase (Kengo Kuma design), Arva among palms away from water, Buabok central by the pool. Private dining formats: beachfront barbecue, four-course private Japanese dinner, Royal Thai cuisine experience, and (Nov-Mar) dinner on an ocean platform offshore. Practical note: Amanpuri's restaurants close annually for refurbishment — for 2026 the closure runs May 16 to September 13.
