The property and location

Park Hyatt Seoul occupies a 24-story glass-curtain-wall tower at 606 Teheran-ro in Gangnam, directly opposite the COEX Convention and Exhibition Center. The hotel opened in 2005 and was renovated in 2022. Gangnam is Seoul's financial and business district, which places the hotel closer to corporate Seoul than to the palace district (Jongno) or the Myeongdong/Hongdae nightlife areas. Travelers chasing Seoul's historic-palace hotels or Myeongdong/Hongdae nightlife energy should skip this address unless a Gangnam business-district base genuinely fits the trip.

Rooms and suites

The hotel has 185 guestrooms in total: 147 standard rooms and 38 suites, each ranging from 48 to 52 square meters — among the most spacious standard-room footprints in Seoul's luxury hotel tier. Rooms and suites carry floor-to-ceiling windows with city views and en-suite granite bathrooms with an oversized bathtub and a separate rainshower. Per-category suite counts and current rates are not fixed on the official site and should be confirmed directly before booking.

Pool, spa, and dining

The pool is an indoor, granite-lined infinity-style pool spanning the 23rd and 24th floors, lit by floor-to-ceiling windows rather than open to the sky — a genuine amenity, but not the open-air rooftop pool the phrase sometimes implies. Ocelas Spa, on the same upper floors, runs three private treatment rooms and a citrus bar. Dining is anchored by three named venues: Cornerstone (grilled meats, seafood, and house-made pasta), Timber House (a sake and soju bar built around fresh sashimi and sushi), and The Lounge (Korean and Western cuisine).
