Trip Planning · Book
Luxury travel planning, framed before it is booked.
Viaive plans high-value trips where hotel choice, routing, transfers, privacy, celebration details, and backup plans need one accountable desk.
What planning actually looks like
- Brief
- You tell us who is going, what we are celebrating, and what the constraints are. We listen for the constraints you have not named yet.
- Frame
- We propose the shape of the trip — stays, sequencing, transfers, recovery — before any booking is held. You react to a framework, not a quote.
- Book and back-stop
- We hold reservations on the right rates and supplier programs, brief the properties, and stay reachable through the trip.
Where this leads
Most planning briefs route into one or more of these decisions.
- Service Luxury hotel booking
- Service Villa stays vs. hotels
- Service Private charter
Common questions about luxury travel planning
- What is a luxury travel planner?
- A planner who shapes the trip around fit, logistics, timing, and service standards before individual bookings are made — not a booker who processes a pre-decided itinerary.
- How long does the planning process take?
- Most full briefs land a first proposal inside a week. Complex multi-stop or rare-window trips (eclipse, polar, festive season villas) need 4-8 weeks of build, reservations, and confirmation.
- What does Viaive plan and not plan?
- We plan stays, routing, private air, ground transfers, recovery days, celebration logistics, and supplier-side service standards. We do not plan visas, vaccinations, or insurance — but we route you to specialists for each.
- Do you plan group trips?
- Yes — multi-generational, milestone, and small-group trips are a core lane. Family Desk and Concierge briefs are routed differently; the same desk handles both.
