How long does a reply take?+−
Most placements confirm within 24–48 hours of brief receipt. Complicated routes or peak season dates may take slightly longer. If the trip is time-sensitive, note the constraint in the brief.
Do you work on full itineraries or just hotel placements?+−
Both. A brief can be a single hotel placement, a multi-city route, or a full journey across flights, hotels, transfers, and experiences. The brief determines the scope — Viaive responds to what is actually needed.
Is there a cost to open a brief?+−
Advisory access through Fora is complimentary — advisors are compensated by the hotels. There is no markup on your rate and no fee to open a brief.
Can Viaive book outside Asia?+−
Yes. East Asia and Southeast Asia are the deepest advisory lanes. Global requests — Europe, the Americas, Africa, the Middle East, the Pacific — are handled through Fora where the network gives the right access.
